Ingredients:
1 cup shark fin or imitated shark fin
4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
1 cup cooked and peeled shrimp
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup julienned carrots
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Begin by bringing chicken or vegetable broth to a simmer in a pot.
- Add imitation shark fin or a suitable seafood substitute to the simmering broth, following the package instructions for cooking until tender.
- Introduce shredded chicken, cooked shrimp, sliced mushrooms, and julienned carrots to the pot.
- Incorporate minced garlic, soy sauce, and oyster sauce into the mixture. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
